Commercial Rates

Thank you for your interest in using my images commercially.  I think you'll find that I have options for nearly every budget.   When you decide on something, just contact me and we'll go over the final details. 

What is considered commercial?  Basically if you are using the page to make money you are considered a commercial user.  Some examples include:

  • Using the images on a page that is selling something... anything.
  • Using the images on a page to promote or generate traffic to your business (ie a hair salon or restaurant).
  • Charging someone to create a page for them using my images.
  • For ALL non-web use, please e-mail me for rates.
  • Non-profit organizations - please email me for specific permissions and rates.
  • School uses - I nearly always grant free use of the images for school projects, but please email me first for permission.
Sorry to sound so grumpy, but I'm tired of getting emails saying "I'm just selling such and such. Am I a commercial user?"  The answer is yes - if you are trying to make money, please don't begrudge me the same thing.

Explanation of Usage

    • Non-Exclusive Use - You may use the rented image unlimited times on all related sites for one year, but the images remain on my site for others to use.  A link is required on each page where the graphics are used.
    • Exclusive Use - You may use the rented image unlimited times on all related sites, and the images are removed from my site for a period of one year.  A link is required on each page where the graphics are used.
    • Purchase - Images become your property and are removed from my site permanently.  No link is reequired.
    • Custom lettering for additional buttons is available.  Rates depend on complexity, usually $2.00 to $5.00 each.
    • Custom lettering for Banners, when not included in the package is available.  Rates depend on complexity, usually $5.00 to $10.00 each.
    • Custom graphics available, contact me for a quote.
    • Other services, such as recoloring, available.
    • Graphic Design available.
