Ingredients
3.5 lbs Sweet Potatoes
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup black rum
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp each - allspice, cinnamon, clove
1/4 tsp orage zest

Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and
mash.
Add all other ingredients.
Spread in shallow casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes.
